H thinks he has to pull the main mast on the hard to remove the spar and recalk under it. I told him all he needed to do was loosen the main and aft stays, tie the jib and spinnaker halyards to the forward rail. Turn the boat around so the spar extends over the dock and work on the&hellip;</p>
