We are in the middle of the 2019 Arabella Grand Tour as ASA members are currently sailing the waters of New England aboard the 157 mega sailing yacht, Arabella. The Arabella Grand Tour is a once in a lifetime experience and is more than just sailing as passengers are touring iconic destinations off the coast of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

The trip started in Newport, Rhode Island, arguably the sailing capital of the United States, and then moved on to Martha’s Vineyard, the Island of Nantucket and Cuttyhunk.

Guests are enjoying cocktails and dinners both aboard the ship and on land. While on anchor passengers had the opportunity to visit the must-see and do spots on the islands such as a stroll through historic Edgartown and a visit to the filming locations of the famed “Jaws” movie.  On Nantucket renting a bike and visiting a beach or two was an option as was a walk along Sconset Bluff Walk to see the lovely cottages. One of the highlights has to be the lobster bake on Cuttyhunk Island.

Things only get better on this cruise as onshore dining includes lobsters, oysters, and clams as well as the lively scene at happy hour.

The great crew on Arabella is quick to lend a hand, answer a question, or even belt out a Jimmy Buffet tune!
Get to the bow and enjoy the ride.

One trip is almost complete, and another is about to begin. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram beginning Wednesday, August 28th as we take you along for the entire Arabella Grand Tour via social media.
