In January ASA launched a new, and greatly improved, website.

The biggest change is in the schools section which has been restructured from the ground up to make it even easier for prospective sailing students to find an ASA Affiliate School. New search tools allow visitors to search for a school by City, State, Zipcode, and Country.

Sailing Schools - American Sailing Association

To help students choose the right ASA Affiliate School there is now a dedicated page for each school which includes the following information:

  • a description of the school, where they sail, what boats they teach on, and more.
  • a gallery of images showing their school and their sailing adventures
  • a list of all the ASA certifications they offer as well as non-ASA services
  • testimonials from some of their past students
  • contact information – address, phone numbers, website and links to social media
  • an interactive map showing their exact location with the ability to get driving directions
  • a contact form that visitors can use to e-mail the school directly and request more information

We’ve come along way since our first website went online in 1998, join us on our online journey through the years by clicking on the gallery below.

We hope you enjoy our new website, we are continuing to add new features and new content. Please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any feedback or suggestions.
