One of my favorite parts of the class was seeing how small adjustments like foot positioning or how you hold a line, can make a huge difference in strength and control. I loved that the tips were super practical and easy to apply right away. In my most recent sailing adventure I put some skills to the test when throwing dock lines and separating it into two sections and then throwing. Life changer!
