Thanks you Diona, Kristen, and Steve. What an excellent session on starting tactics! I really enjoyed Steve’s advice on how to practice starts prior to a race, and it was really great that he touched on knowing when to bail on a starting tactic to find a better alternative strategy. I hope to see some of these starting tactics put to work in a Performance Race Week soon, and to hear more from Steve on strategy.
