Sure! Nine hurricanes at sea. Well, eight and one typhoon. Had a low system develop right over the top of me once. Heaped up seas 20-25 ft with no direction and winds from every direction. Laid ahull for that one. And there was a mistral once from Cannes to Calvi where winds topped 100 kts that had freighters hiding on the east side of Cap Corse. Got caught 800 miles south of Greenland in 50+ kts and 30 ft for a week. Ah, the life at sea…. I didn’t take it personally, though.
