Dalian Ten Sailing Club was founded in 2013. The founding team is a group of sailing enthusiasts who have been engaged in sailing for many years. From the very beginning, the company has developed into a comprehensive sailing company integrating sailing sales, maintenance, berthing, international sailing certificate training, sailing tourism, sailing events, sailing member services and sailing camp for children. I also applied to be a member of China sailing board association, one of the founding units of liaoning sailing board association, American sailing association ASA China certification branch, and trained and issued the international general ASA sailing certificate. Participated in many sailing events with the club members and achieved excellent results.

公司从最开始的帆船代理销售，初级帆船培训，帆船体验，帆船团建，逐步发展成集帆船销售，维护，停泊，国际帆船证培训，帆船旅游，帆船赛事，帆船会员服务，儿童帆船夏令营为一体的综合性帆船公司。并申请成为中国帆船帆板协会会员单位，辽宁省帆船帆板协会创始单位之一，美国帆船联合会ASA中国区认证分校，培训和颁发国际通用ASA帆船驾驶证书。与俱乐部会员一起多次参加各大帆船赛事并取得优异成绩。
