The Ying Yang Sailing Club is located in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, a beautiful coastal city. The Club was established in 2013. It is dedicated to the promotion of maritime sports, focusing on sailing education and training, youth summer camp, competition services, group building and ship trusteeship. The core coaches of the club are former National Sailing and windsurfing athletes, who have won many excellent results in professional competitions at home and abroad. It also holds the official certification of ASA (American Sailing Association) International Sailing Visa Officer and CYA (China Sailing Association) Sailing Coach, and has rich teaching and training experience in the field of sailing profession.

俱乐部核心教练均为前国家帆船帆板运动员，曾多次获得国内外专业比赛的优异成绩。并持有ASA(美国帆船协会)国际帆船签证官和CYA（中国帆船帆板运动协会）帆船教练员的官方认证，在帆船帆板专业领域拥有丰富的教学培训经验。
