Lewes Bluewater Sailing School (LBSS) is ideally located in Lewes at the entrance to the Delaware Bay, offering access to calm coastal waters with convenient ocean access as students’ skills progress and conditions allow.
All classes are taught aboard Bellatrix, a classic and highly capable Swan 38 sloop, providing students with a comfortable and seaworthy platform for learning.
For our inaugural 2026 season, we will offer ASA 101, 103, and 104 courses. As Lewes is a popular summer beach town, some classes will be scheduled over multiple weekends, in addition to traditional consecutive-day formats.
