Port Sailing School’s, New Rochelle location is just 20 miles form NY City on Long Island Sound. We have confidence in you. After completing our 3-day beginner sailing course, you can skipper our boats at either of our two locations. Port Sailing rents more daysailers than any other NY area sailing school. Course includes two 4-hour rentals/practice sails. Our dedicated staff is here to help you on and off the water from your first sail to an overnight charter.
We rent boats from 22-foot to 36-foot in length. Memberships are available for unlimited use of the daysail fleet. Winter classes are held aboard our 43-foot yacht in St Croix. Summer sailing camp for age 8 and up starts end of June. Children 8 years of age begin sailing Optimist dinghies.
