Learn basic sailing skills under the guidance of an American Sailing Association certified instructor with over 8 years experience teaching students from all over the region. In more advanced classes you will discover how to charter sailboats for island hopping adventures, as well as advanced navigational abilities!

Captain Bill Apker is the lead instructor at All About Sailing. Bill started sailing in 1991 and soon found that he enjoyed helping others hone their sailing skills. He became an American Sailing Association certified instructor for Basic Keelboat Sailing in 2010 and has since added several advanced ASA courses to his resume’. Bill has earned his Captain’s credentials as a Merchant Mariner under certification by the Coast Guard National Maritime Center.
