As a boutique sailing school, we offer a level of training, flexibility, and fun, that few others can match. We offer American Sailing certifications aboard our own boats on Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island – but specialize in offering custom certification solutions aboard PRIVATE vessels anywhere along the entire US East Coast, and custom learn-to-sail vacations aboard chartered boats anywhere in the world! With a focus on quality – not quantity, we take a few students at a time, and turn them into highly skilled, highly confident sailors, capable of sailing any inland or coastal waters, and the world’s oceans.
The owner, and primary instructor, Captain Brenton, has been teaching sailing since 1991 – and full time since 1995. He has been trained by many industry leaders over the years, has sailed over 230,000nm as captain, has personally taught over 10,000 students, and has managed/owned two award winning sailing schools since 1998. Few others have this level of experience that they can deliver to you in such a fun and exciting environment. If you are serious about learning how to sail, we’d like to help you reach your goals!
Our fleet of modern, well maintained boats, are based in Narragansett Bay, RI – a true sailors paradise, with reliable winds and beautiful scenery – BUT we also travel to private vessels anywhere in New England, the Chesapeake Bay, and Florida!
We offer a range of American Sailing certifications from 101, 103, 104, 105, 106, and 114, plus custom docking/tight quarters maneuvering training, coastal passage experiences, and ocean passage experiences.
