New Racing Rules For 2025-2028

In this class, Dave Perry, a world-renowned expert on racing rules, will explain the changes in the new racing rules for 2025-2028. There are changes to the definition of Obstruction and Mark-Room, Rule 17 about sailing a proper course, Rule 18 about rounding marks, and the rules in Part 5 about how to protest, request redress, and hear protests. A large portion of this session will be dedicated to answering participants’ rules questions on any situation.
