Job Overview The Sailing School Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sailing school, including program development, student and member engagement, instructor management, student enrollment, club memberships, sailing vacations, corporate events and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sailing instruction, leadership experience, and a passion for educating and inspiring students on the water.
